Local woman earns certification

Nordstrom completes certification

Lori Nordstrom of Preferred Accounting and Tax Service, 420 E. Beloit St., Darien, 724-3635, has successfully completed the QuickBooks certification course and exam. Completion qualifies her as a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification is designed to help provide a higher level of QuickBooks support for clients. In addition to setting up companies for clients who own small businesses and training clients to use QuickBooks, Preferred Accounting and Tax Services can also help diagnose and fix common client errors. Remote access can be used so that the client doesn't have to physically back up their QuickBooks information.

Preferred Accounting and Tax Service has been in business since 1985. Services available include monthly and quarterly accounting, payroll services, income tax preparation, QuickBooks consulting and financial services.
