Ridgestone welcomes new director

Egan a local with excellent qualifications

RidgeStone Village, 1025 S. Second St., Delavan, 728-2848, is pleased to announce the newest member of its team.

Diane Egan comes to RidgeStone Village as its director. She has 10 years of progressive long-term care and managerial experience. She refined her skills while working as the director of nursing for Williams Bay Care Center. Her cumulative experience as an emergency room nurse and business owner complements Egan's skills. She has two sons and is involved in both the Delavan-Delavan Lake Chamber and Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce. She received her nursing degree from Gateway.

RidgeStone Village is a supportive care retirement community for seniors, offering personal 24-hour assistance with many activities of daily living. The trained staff of registered nurses and certified nursing assistants offer health and medication monitoring, assist with prescribed exercise and treatments, and can coordinate all medical and social services as a resident may require.

RidgeStone Terrace, a residential care apartment complex, will open in the spring of 2007 in Elkhorn. It will provide each resident up to 28 hours of service per week. The residents may choose services and amenities as needed. RidgeStone Terrace will offer supportive, personal and nursing services, all which will be under the supervision of the administrator or registered nurse. The trained staff is on duty 24 hours a day and will perform all services.
