Advanced Real Estate Group, 50 W. Geneva St., Williams Bay, 245-4700, has opened a new location for their real estate office.

Dan and Angie Farmakis, owners, moved their office from Lake Geneva to Williams Bay into the Bayview building which has housed real estate offices for several decades. Dan started selling real estate with Century 21 in this same office almost 10 years ago.

Dan opened Advanced Real Estate Group (AREG) in 2001 to provide real estate services without the hidden fees for sellers and to provide his Realtors with excellent commission splits. A small real estate agency can provide a more personalized experience for homebuyers and sellers. AREG still has all the same tools at their fingertips as all the big agencies, from advertising in the real estate magazines to the Multiple Listing Service, the premier home listing service.

The Farmakises graduated from Williams Bay High School in 1989 and 1991 and owned a home in Williams Bay until 2003 when they purchased a farmette outside of Elkhorn so they could have horses. They currently have a daughter who attends Williams Bay High School.

Marjory Weiler of Williams Bay is also an agent at AREG. She has worked for about three years and brings decades of experience to the office. Currently, AAREG is recruiting new agents and are willing to train. Stop in anytime and inquire how easy it is to become a real estate agent. Also stop in and check out the one-of-a-kind historical map of the Geneva Lakes area-only two in existence.
