Whitewater's Bughman throws, runs, returns punt for scores

Game briefs

QB Grant Bughman of Whitewater throws three TD passes and scored twice on his own, including an 80-yard punt return for a TD as the Whippets rolled over Clinton 42-6.

Anthony Ruzga of Badger gained 283 yards rushing in 20 carries scoring 4 TDs including runs of 75 and 60 yards, leading Badger to a 42-21 win over Delavan-Darien.

Jordan Struck of Big Foot caught two TD passes from QB Tyler Frederick and scored another TD as the Chiefs beat East Troy 26-0.

Milton outscored Waukesha North 43-40 accumulating 450 total yards. Justin Spaulding gained 198 yards on 24 carries scoring 1 TD.

Burlington scored three times in the fourth quarter to beat Oak Creek 26-14. Nick Jackson scored twice both on four-yard runs.

UW-Whitewater QB Justin Jacobs threw five TD passes in the first half, four of them caught by Derek Stanley as the Warhawks led at the half 48-7. Whitewater broke a school record scoring 75 points, breaking the previous mark of 73 set last year against Lakeland.
