Peoples Bank, 837 N. Wisconsin, Elkhorn, (262) 723-4200, is proud to announce the addition of Alan Larsen as vice president of commercial banking. Larson has nearly 35 years of banking experience, with the last 15 or more focused on building his commercial banking expertise.

"I am excited to be joining Peoples Bank. Its goal to continue growing the commercial banking area is a great opportunity," Larsen was quoted as saying in a news release.

"It's nice to join a bank that puts its customers first. I live and work by the philosophy that people be treated with courtesy and respect. I work hard to be available for my customers, responsive to their need, and to deliver the highest level of service.

"The best part of my job is getting to know my customers and learning about their businesses. Business owners are rightfully proud of their success, and many are willing to share how they started and what they plan for the future. I listen carefully to what they are saying and what they value most to develop the right strategy and provide them with the best possible solutions. My goal is not to just meet their expectations-I want to exceed them. I want to become another resource for them to discuss ideas and challenges with. That is what makes my job so meaningful," Larson said.

Larsen is also a supporter of Peoples Bank's community focus. "I believe in being a part of the community. I've been a Rotary Club member, United Way allocation panel volunteer and participated in many business associations and chambers of commerce. I am eager to become part of this community and look forward to continuing to serve," Larson said.
