Frank's N' More, 464 E. Geneva St., Elkhorn, 743-2999, recently joined the Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce. The menu includes Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, char-burgers, Polish sausages, brats, ice cream bars and homemade chili.
