Mid-America Real Estate Corporation of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., (630) 954-7300, www.midamericagrp.com, announces the sale of Delavan Retail III, a new 60,930-square-foot addition to the Delavan Crossings power center.
Inland Real Estate of Oak Brook, Ill., purchased the center for an undisclosed amount from a private Wisconsin developer. Mid-America Principal Rick Drogosz and Bonnie Ferguson, investment associate, represented the seller, along with Dan Rosenfeld, principal of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin.
The fully occupied addition, completed in early 2007, consists of a five-unit building tenanted by PetSmart, Staples, MCSports, Fashion Bug and Maurices. Delavan Crossings also features a separately owned Wal-Mart Supercenter, Kohl's, Lowe's Home Improvement and eight outlot buildings.
Delavan Crossings is located on the east side of the Interstate 43 and State Route 50 interchange in Delavan at the epicenter of the Geneva Lakes regional trade area. The growing area serves residents of Delavan, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva and the surrounding communities of southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
