The East Troy woman suspected of being drunk when crashing head-on into Walworth County Sheriff David Graves' personal vehicle on Feb. 23 was arrested for Friday for bail jumping.

Police say she was drinking in a bar, which would be a violation of her bond.

According to East Troy police, Dana E. Wolf, 51, was at the East Troy House Inn and Tavern, a bar on the 2000 block of Division Street, late Friday night.

The sheriff's department received an anonymous tip reporting Wolf drinking at the bar. An East Troy officer went to the bar and saw an open beer on the counter in front of Wolf. She told the officer she had consumed about five beers, according to East Troy police.

Wolf, of N8161 Pleasant Lake Road, East Troy, was arrested for bail jumping and released from Walworth County Jail after posting $2,000. She has not yet been charged.

Wolf is suspected of driving drunk in a Feb. 23 snowstorm and colliding head on into Graves on Highway 12 near County A north of Elkhorn.

She was allegedly northbound in the southbound lane, according to a criminal complaint.

Her blood alcohol level the night of the accident was 0.253 percent, more than three times Wisconsin's legal limit for driving.

As part of her bond in that case, Wolf was to consume no alcohol.

Graves; his wife, Connie; daughter Shannon, and niece Sarah Johnson each suffered minor injuries in the crash.

Wolf faces nine misdemeanor charges related to the accident.
