A local helicopter coalition that supports law enforcement will be conducting training over Walworth, Racine and Kenosha counties Wednesday and Thursday this week.
The training will be done in a Bell OH-58C helicopter using the aircraft's 16 million candlepower spotlight.
Local law enforcement dispatchers have been notified in case the public calls to report low-lying aircraft.
The Law Enforcement Aviation Coalition provides no-cost air support to law enforcement and fire/rescue agencies throughout the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin region.
Known by their familiar call sign, "AIR-ONE", the group's helicopters are frequently called upon by local agencies who would otherwise not have airborne capabilities available.
