Kim Brotz, consumer lender at First Citizens State Bank, 207 W. Main St., Whitewater, 473-2112, successfully completed the Residential Mortgage Lending School held March 5-9 at the Wintergreen Resort and Conference Center, Wisconsin Dells.
"This is a unique opportunity for bankers to learn how to more completely meet the changing needs of our customers and deliver higher-quality service in our community," said James K. Caldwell, president, in a news release.
Sponsored by the Wisconsin Bankers Association, the curriculum is designed for bankers who want an overview of the mortgage lending process, compliance and mortgage loan management with an emphasis on lending for sale on the secondary market. The faculty consist of bankers and others in the mortgage banking field who are considered experts in their respective fields.
